The story is here but be sure to watch the excellent video embedded in the page.
You may still be able to sign the kids up for class. Check out the registration on the Community Ed page

Hope gave us her last set of pictures and I’ve loaded them onto the page:
I’m not expecting more pictures, so I’m not expecting to add more pictures. But there are a few videos still in the works. Hopefully, this weekend.
I’ve loaded all of the pictures I have from Camp Moon Hwa 2017, including the ones I’ve received from Loretta and Hope.
They are located at https://goo.gl/photos/Ug3KEJTTStAMMLHk9
There may be more coming. Also, if you have a google account, you can add some to the page as well (That’s why I put them on a google page). If you don’t have a google account and have pictures you want to add, you have two options:
- Get a google account
- send them to me at campmoonhwamn at gmail.com and I’ll load them
Also, I have a few videos I’ll be loading soon. Hopefully, we can also get the 9th graders’ project posted. Still working on that.
Camp Moon-Hwa in the Media
There’s a nice article in the Post-Bulletin today! Everyone was very eloquent in talking about Camp! Thank you.
KAAL also had a story about Camp. The interviewees spoke well to KAAL as well. Thank you.
Rumor has it that KTTC did a story as well. If it’s true, they hide it very well.
Loretta’s Pictures from 2003-2015
Also, Loretta gave us her trove of pictures of past Camps Moon Hwa. They’ve been loaded and can be found until the “Pictures and Videos” menu tab. Then click on “Loretta’s Pictures” and choose a year. Thank you, Loretta! They are great pictures!
Camp Moon Hwa 2017 is going well!
We had a lovely game of musical chairs this morning. There may be more fun at tomorrow’s opening ceremony.
Just a few reminders:
We need some rice cookers and grills. If you’re willing to share with us, please let us know.
We have a Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/CampMoonHwa/
We have a Twitter account: https://twitter.com/campmoonhwa
We also have a new way show pictures. We have a Google page: https://goo.gl/photos/Ug3KEJTTStAMMLHk9
If you have a google account, you can add your own pictures to the page. If you don’t have a google account and want pictures added, just sent them to campmoonhwamn at gmail.com and we’ll add them.
If anyone saw today’s (Monday, May 15) front page of the Rochester Post Bulletin, you might recognize Miles from Camp Moon Hwa. Don’t worry; it’s good news. He’s being congratulated by Med City FC soccer player.
Here is the Post Bulletin’s gallery from the match: http://www.postbulletin.com/sports/localsports/photos-med-city-fc-lc-aris-fc-soccer/collection_371c35a2-3845-11e7-b6fc-1fb34b446a49.html
It leaves us wondering if, maybe, Camp Moon Hwa should sell their own soccer scarves. It seems worth considering.
Good job, Miles!
