Happy New Year There’s a meeting on Tuesday, January 9th.
It’s at Madonna Towers at 6:00 PM.
There will be discussions about sponsorship and other fundraising possibilities.
I’d better read up on how to put logos on the ol’ web site.
We received word from CHLSS that they have a couple tours of Korea scheduled for 2018. Both of them overlap with Camp Moon Hwa, though.
Here’s some information:
We offer personalized post adoption services, cultural expertise and caring support to help Korean adoptees learn more about their Korean origins, culture and people important to their birth and adoption stories. Regardless of a family’s U.S. or Korean adoption agency, we provide a unique, comprehensive birthland tour with post adoption services backed by years of experience.
In 2018, we will offer the same tour at two different times June 12-25, 2018 and June 26-July 9, 2018.

Mrs. Catherine Park and her husband Peter have an exhibit at the Owatonna Arts Center. Mrs. Park teaches brush painting at Camp Moon Hwa and is a big supporter of the Rochester Korean Center. Please visit www.oacarts.org/now-showing/ for more details.

Did you enjoy September? Good.
Now get back to work. We have our first meeting to plan for Camp Moon Hwa 2018 on October 9th at 6:00 PM at Madonna Towers.
If you’d like to see what a meeting looks like, come join us. Especially welcome are people who want to help out with planning, but don’t want to commit before getting a better understanding of the workings.
Thanks to everyone for making Camp Moon Hwa great this year.
We’ll get pictures loaded in the next few weeks (months)!
We’ll see the campers again June 25-29th, 2018.
Remember all those Mondays we didn’t have Camp Moon Hwa? Well, that’s about to change. That’s because Camp Moon Hwa starts on Monday (June 26th)
So don’t forget!
Also, set up is on Saturday. Don’t forget that, either!
We’ll have the last meeting before Camp Moon Hwa 2017 on June 5th at 6:00 at Madonna Towers. We’ll need to tie up loose ends and finalize things. So, if you’re someone who has loose ends or can tie loose ends, please be there.
Our next meeting is next Monday–May 22nd.
After than, the final meeting is June 5th.
Both meetings are at 6:00 at Madonna Towers.
(It’s great that Madonna Towers allows us to invade their property every few weeks.)
